- Shipping & Delivery
- In order to keep things simple. We only offer ground shipping. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier. We will process your order within 1-2 business days after we receive your payment. If you choose to send us a personal check, be aware that your order will be processed 1-2 business days after the check clears. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so that you may track your order.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns will only be authorized for unopened products. If you wish to return your product, please call 1-919-931-7195 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Instructions on how to return the product will be given to you after issuance of a RMA #. You will be responsible for total cost of the shipping and handling fees. Once we receive the unopened, undamaged product, we will issue a refund within 30 days. If you received a damaged item and seek replacement, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the product.
